Former Navy SEAL and covert operative Scot Harvath is recruited by a secret intelligence agency tasked with eliminating threats to the United States. When a bombing in Rome kills a group of American college students, the evidence points toward someone from Harvath’s past—and an even larger attack may be coming. Meanwhile, a seemingly unrelated hit-and-run in Chicago reveals a disturbing connection to the same conspiracy.
